Susan B. Anthony - "Mother" of the suffragists movement. Ladies, remember Susan B. Anthony, Lucy Burns, Alice Paul, Carrie Chapman Catt, Elizabeth Cady Stanton and the many other women that stood up and demanded to be heard and sacrificed much so that we, women of all backgrounds could have a say in our country's politics! It never ceases to amaze me to hear some women say things like, "I don't really get into feminism," and yet these very same women benefit every single day of their lives from the sacrifices and hard work of the Susan B. Anthony and all of her sisters.
